"We chose Redehall for the small class sizes,
the quality of the education and the affordable fees."

Welcome from our Chair of Trustees

A warm welcome to Redehall Preparatory School.

It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to Redehall Preparatory School’s website which aims to explain who we are and what we do.

At Redehall Preparatory School we strive to achieve high academic standards, whilst developing social and behavioural skills and of course the 3 C’s - Courtesy, Consideration and Caring.  The school has a friendly and happy environment and promotes both respect for others and valuing each other’s individual talents.

Our school’s success depends on our staff and we are blessed with multi-skilled team who have expertise in the curriculum and extra-curricular activities, and who inspire and challenge the children.  The school team is led by Mrs Marian Bateup who has a wealth of experience and manages the day-to-day aspects of the school. She also leads the implementation of the vision and strategy of the Trustees.

We are very proud of our school.  It is a traditional setting with strong family values.

We have small classes so that we can teach children according to their individual needs.

We are a charitable school and we keep our fees low and you may be surprised how affordable the fees are.

The website will give you an insight into our school’s aims, the activities that the children are involved in, the goals that we strive for and achieve, and the wealth of memorable experiences that the children encounter setting them up for their life beyond Redehall Preparatory School.

I hope you enjoy the website and would be delighted for you to visit our school so you can see us in action, please contact the school office on 01342 842987.

Technology - Dame Judi Dench IT Suite

We understand that in today's 'high-tech' world, internet and mobile technologies are fundamental to the way we communicate with each other, whether for business or social reasons. We therefore provide our children with the resources and time required to learn how technology will benefit them in their educational and business years ahead.

Our new IT Suite, opened by Dame Judi Dench, provides an excellent dedicated IT facilty for children to learn, using the tools that have become essential to everyday life. As Dame Judi Dench knows only too well, James Bond is able to achieve the impossible by having access to the latest in 'high-tech' gadgets. We can't quite match that sophistication, yet, but we're getting there!
