Welcome to Redehall Preparatory School

It is with great regret that we have to announce that Redehall Preparatory School will be closing its doors at the end of this term.

The Board, parents and teachers have been justifiably proud to be part of the Redehall community.   We have offered independent education, with small class sizes, at rates that are affordable to parents. However we need to operate with a critical mass of pupil numbers so enough fees are coming in to meet the school’s outgoings, but have unfortunately not managed to attract enough pupils to the school.

Visiting the School

We’re always happy for prospective parents to come and take a look at the school in person. Please do get in contact if you’d like a personal tour in term time or simply to find out details on our next Open Day.

Open Days – October 2016

We’ve got a number of Open Days coming up, the first of which is on 8th October between 10 and 12. If you can’t make this date, don’t worry, we’ll also be opening our doors on Wednesday 12th between 9:30 and 12, and on Thursday 13th between 1:30 and 3:30. Safeguarding Statement

Redehall Preparatory School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.

This means that we have a Child Protection and Safeguarding Policy and procedures in place. Parents and Carers are welcome to read the Policy on request or on our website.

Sometimes we may need to share information and work in partnership with other agencies when there are concerns about a child’s welfare. We will ensure that our concerns about our pupils are discussed with his/her parents/carers first unless we have reason to believe that such a move would be contrary to the child’s welfare.
